About Dr. Jean Oggins


Jean Oggins Ph.D is a research psychologist who cares about people and about good writing and good research. 


In her work as a consultant and editor on dissertations and research, she enjoys helping people develop their ideas and research.


She has helped clients complete dissertations and research in psychology, anthropology, education, communications, public health, medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, computer science, business, and environmental studies. She has also worked with clients from early in their graduate studies to the completion of their doctorates.


Dr. Oggins has published quantitative and qualitative research in psychology, sociology, social work, and medicine. Her research has dealt primarily with well-being and health, providing health care and social services, and the role of gender, age, and ethnicity in psychology, health, and health care. Dr. Oggins got her Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Michigan and has also provided statistical consulting, data analysis, and report-writing for businesses and non-profit agencies.
